We brought our mummy to eat zi char at Hong Kiat Seafood Restaurant. It is just a normal coffeeshop located at Choa Chu Kang, no aircon, no proper parking lots nearby. (the nearest parking lots will be at the multi-storey carpark at the HDB nearby)
My mum is a thrifty person, so she does not like us to anyhow spend money de...(excuses for us to eat at coffeeshop)
Actually we loved their 咸蛋排骨(salted egg pork ribs), but we did not manage to have this dish yesterday as we had to order from their "standard" menu. Must be because now is the Celebrate Mothers' Day season. Peak season!!!
