Red Haired Jacq

Started our day with hair treatment at my favourite saloon, Cardinal. I came here at least twice a month. It is my one-stop shop for "maintenance"...hahaha
I came here mostly for hair treatment and to fix my fake eye lashes and occassionally to do my gelish nails. It is around S$50 for a good treatment and S$40 for fixing my eye lashes.

They are opened as early as 8.30am and closed 9.00pm. See the customers Q-ing outside...no scare no scare...they are very fast in 'clearing' the crowd de, Especially if you are just having a haircut.

They don't practice one staff one customer...whoever is free will do your hair de...but I like cos its faster this way.

The services they offered...
My new hair colour

Today, I came to touch up the colour of my hair and do my gelish nails. Halfway through the touching up, I saw one of the staff with purple hair, made me also felt like changing my boring hair colour. But as I did not want to bleach my hair, I could only do the purple colour treatment. Although it turned out to be more red colour than purple, I still like cos I love changes...no changes made me a boring person...

Arteastiq Tea Loung @ Mandarin Gallery

Bought a deal "Breakfast for 2 pax @ Arteastiq" from Groupon. We paid S$45 for 2 pax (worth S$75).

Its not valid on Sat and Sun from 12pm ~ 5pm oh and reservation via SMS. So we made our reservation at 9.30am on a Saturday.

When we reached there, we are attended by a friendly staff. He showed us the way to our seats. The décor of the restaurant is nice...not crowded at all, I think we were their second customer of the day.

Their kitchen
 cosy environment right?
choose one breakfast meal from the breakfast menu and one drink that is $12 or below.

Lychee Tea

Brown sugar and biscuit

Prime Dawn
(Pan-fried potato-broccoli medalion, scrambled eggs & cheesy roasted tomato & sausage)
Tender Dew
(Cheese Italian chicken, Spicy Italian pock, Pork & honey and pan-fried potato-broccoli medalion top with rockets)

I find the sausages too salty but the pan-fried potato-broccoli medalion top with rockets is nice.

上班族为何早到公司的理由 (The reason why office workers arrived to their workplace so early)

I happened to come across this article on the reason why office workers arrived to their workplaces so early...

Reason # 1 :
No Traffic Jams

You can save a lot of time if you leave the house earlier as there is no traffic jams.

Reason # 2 :
Spy on your colleagues
You can dig into your colleagues' rubbish bin to find their secrets...

Reason # 3 :
You can do your things without disturbance.

Reason # 4 :
Give others the impression that you are hardworking and serious at work

Reason # 5 :
Can eat the breakfast leisurely

Reason # 6 :
Can find a carpark space easily

For me, I find it quite true for me. I like to leave my house early so that I can catch the free train services (reached Orchard before 7.45am to enjoy the free ride); to be the first to reach office so that I can eat my breakfast leisurely, surf facebook etc...

Do you also come to office early because of all these reason??? hahaha

Tulipmania @ Gardens by the Bay

Before going to the Gardens by the Bay, I met Ms Tan for breakfast at Bishan. We decided to try Mos Burger breakfast. The burger with drink ($3.50) and add-on harsh brown ($0.90), total only $4.40, cheaper than McDonald breakfast. Worth eating!!!

Tuna Salad Burger...Nice but a little bit messy when eating.

3pcs of harsh brown...soft and hot...yummy!
Ms Tan ate the Chicken Ham & Omelette Burger.
My morning coffee with milk. Refreshing...

For us, we took the north-south line (red) circle line from Bishan to Marina Bay; then from Marina Bay, we transferred to the circle line (yellow) to Bayfront Station. We decided to take the shuttle services to the entrance of the Gardens by the Bay as the weather was hot.

The nice view when we were q-ing for the shuttle services.
Top: Ticket for the shuttle service (the staff told us the shuttle will only bring us to the entrance, not to tour the place oh)
Bottom : Ticket for the Two Conservatories :Flower Dome and Cloud Forest ($20 for locals, need to produce our ID to purchase the tickets at concession rate)

@Flower Dome
where the tulipmania was.

Seriously, these were the most selfies pictures I took with them; with the help of my selfie rod. Many people were looking at us using the selfie rod because the way we used the rod was like detecting the land mines and we were giggling all the way.

@Cloud Forest

 "oh...my hair messy messy liao..."
 yeah...my double chin well hidden...

Enough of selfies, let's enjoy the flowers...

But hor, quite disappointed as all the flowers were like withering.

aiyo, I want to focus and take the water droplet de but how come cannot see the water droplet de...haiz...my photography skills sucks...
Evil Ms Tan asked me to throw rubbish inside to see if the "mouth" will close or not...

They asked me if I could see a snail...I told them yes,我看到大便在一条虫上面.

We left the place at around
