I met Amy on a yesterday evening working hard in the office since morning. We decided to meet at Suntec for a walk. I discouraged her to shop for clothing so she brought me to this shop called "Stationery Superstore". There are so many cutie stationery in the shop. I tried to control myself from buying but I really cannot resist myself from buying. These are all the folders that I decided to own.

Finally I tried the dessert at Blackball at JB. It was just a road away from Aeon @ Bukit Indah.

BlackBall is famous of their grass jelly (仙草) and their QQ yam balls. 

 

Candy and Weihua had ordered the BlackBall Signature and the Soya Ice for me to try. We decided to share the desert as we are quite full after eating non-stop from the moment we stepped into JB.

 

Actually, the difference between the BlackBall Signature and the Soya Ice is that Soya Ice has blended ice, ice cream and peanuts. I prefer the Soya Ice to the BlackBall Signature as the latter is not cold enough.

 

There are actually many outlets in different state of Malaysia, but there do not have any outlet in KL yet. :(

TCC (The Connoisseur Concerto)

I have been having my dinner at TCC for consecutively for two days. It was because there is a 15% discount for payment using a DBS card.

 

This is my first time having main course at TCC. I love the Seafood Aglio Olio. Yummy...

My New Toy : NANOBLOCK



Nanoblock is a micro-sized building block system with its smallest parts being a mere 4X4X5mm. I was addicted the block after finishing the 1st project; Torii of Itsukushima Shrine. It was so fun fixing them. I want to travel around the world with Nanoblock. I want to collect all of them slowly.

BiRthDay CeLebRation 2013 - Part 3

 

 

 

This year, my birthday was on a public holiday (Hari Raya Puasa). As a "workaholic", I went to office to work in the morning before my ex-colleagues (Amy, Lay Keow, ShuChuan, Levin and Jane) for dinner.

 

I took a cab to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) to meet them for dinner at TODAI. I was late as I lost my way in MBS, the unit numbers of the shop were quite confusing.  

 

After walking all around, I finally found the restaurant. Immediately, I zoomed into the snow crab legs section and took the longest and fattest legs on the plate. I could not stop myself from eating the snow crab legs and salmon sashimi as they were so delicious. Yummy yummy...

After dinner, we went to K-Box @ Marina Square. At first, ShuChuan 小弟 did not want to join us. 好不容义得才说服 ShuChuan 小弟...

 

As usual, I will eat the tibits and listen to them singing. heehee...I enjoyed myself. Thank you for the treat, my friends...

 

 



BiRthDay CeLebRation 2013 - Part 2



Birthday Celebration on 05 August 2013 with PA Family

 

This year, Patrina and Petra had arranged for a dinner at Fukuichi Japanese Dining. This restaurant serves authentic Japanese cuisine and the waitresses are dressed in Kimono. Though Patrina had became a housewife ever since she had given birth to a twin, she had never failed to surprise us with her creative ideas for our gathering.

 

I guessed because it was a Monday, hence, the restaurant was not very crowded. We had a great time chatting with each other. The sad thing is that this year they refused to take photo with me, which is not their usual style. (heehee :p) However, I still have to thank them for the treat.

Birthday Celebration on 06 August 2013 with Club 21 SISTAS

It wasn't easy to arrange for Eileen and Adelyn to have after-work activity as they had to take care of their kiddos after work. Thank you Eileen's mummy and Adelyn's parents in law for helping to take care of the kiddos so that they could join us for the dinner.

 

There was a long queue for walk-in customers and lucky for us, Eileen had already made reservation a week in advance. I think the price is reasonable for the buffet spread they had. I love their salmon sashimi, prawn, satay, pasta, chili crab with man tou etc. This is my first time eating oyster with tabasco sauce, not too bad... Buffet Town, I will be back!!!
